We accept orders from most countries over the world, mainly USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Austria, Finland, Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa and UAE etc

For all paid orders, we deliver goods within 48 hours by EMS (about 5-7 days) or Hong Kong Post (15-20 days). If EMS doesn't apply in your area, Hong Kong Post will be our choice unless you have better advice.

Please kindly don't place the order if you're customers from Germany, Brazil, Italy, Israel, and Estonia, as we currently don't ship to those countries, so sorry. However, it would be great if you have address in other countries, just contact us to make sure we send to that new address, thanks.

We have Free Shipping for 6 or more units, and all orders placed on weekend or during our holidays will be shipped out the next business day. And usually 1-3 days delay is possible due to some force majeure such as customs checking or holiday slow logistics, sincerely wish you can understand.

The Tracking Number will be emailed you after the goods are delivered. Please make sure your email address is correct. If you haven't received our email, please check your Spam box first before contacting us again, thank you!

It is Door to Door Service and Local Post Office will deliver the goods to your door finally, Generally, if the goods is attempted delivery at first time, the Post Office will leave a notice, please do according to the notice to pick up your goods as soon as possible to avoid it being sent back after 5 days

Please make sure your address information stated on order is complete and correct and there is someone signs the goods as signature is asked to receive the goods, if you don't want signature, please leave message when placing the order to inform us where should the goods leave at

Please note that we are NOT responsible for goods that returned due to insufficient address, undeliverable address, unauthorized receiver or times of attempted delivery, we can resend but buyer should bear additional shipping cost once error is appeared due to above reasons

◆Return Policy
Basically we accept no returns except two cases below:
1. Received Wrong Goods
2. Received Damaged Goods

If you met the above problem, please contact us by Email with the matters clearly stated. Goods can only be returned with our confirmation and approval. Also please make sure your shipping address and contact number for the order are correct, otherwise you will cover all the fees for reshipment, wish you can understand.
